Hi, I'm Mohit Sehgal.
I've been writing production software for 13 years and shipping apps under the Appsyoda name since 2016. I work as one person, end to end: the data model, the code, the store listing, the awkward call about what shouldn't be built.
Most of what I make is unglamorous. A billing app for a shop that never wanted accounting software. A hospital system replacing four things that didn't talk to each other. An ERP that finally ended an agency's spreadsheet sprawl. None of it wins design awards; all of it gets opened every morning by someone with a job to do.
That's the whole filter. If a piece of software doesn't change how a working day goes, it wasn't worth building.
